Mother’s Day Event: PH Method x Ingrid & Isabel

In celebration of mother’s day and in collaboration with female-founded maternity brand,  Ingrid & Isabel. Peri hosted a live outdoor event teaching her signature Pre & Postnatal workout, Train Like A Mother to 25 new and expectant mothers in the beautiful setting of The Gathering Meadow in Lafayette Park. Following the workout attendees were gifted a floral arrangement and goody bag with treats from our brand partners.

Spring Wellness Retreat

Born out of the need to pause the chaos of day-to-day life as a mother and hit the reset button to rest, restore and nourish the mind and body. 

A transformative morning which began with Peri’s signature 45 minute Barre-Inspired workout, followed on by a nourishing and energy boosting brunch spread catered by Holistic Health Coach, Basma Al-Yahya . The morning concluded with Basma a workshop focused on the pillars of holistic health and how to make small, bite-sized changes in day-to-life  to increase energy and vitality.
