Hi I’m Peri!

I created PH Method by drawing from my background as a dancer, master barre instructor and certified pre and postnatal exercise specialist. I knew I needed to bridge this gap in the fitness industry and create a class that supported women through these transformational years of fertility, pregnancy and motherhood.

In my classes you can expect evidence-based safe and efficient workouts that build strength, sculpt and lengthen your body. You will leave a PH Method class feeling stronger, more confident and connected to an amazing community of women on a similar journey to you.
