Hi! I’m Peri and this is
PH Method.
I have been working hands-on with clients for over a decade, safely guiding women through the transformative years of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond with my evidence-based and science-backed exercise method.
My clients range from busy career women juggling work and their families, to new mothers navigating the challenges of life with a newborn. My goal when working with clients is to meet you where you are at and create a training program that caters to your specific needs and with your goals in mind. My job is to remove the life obstacles that so often get in the way and make it hard for you to consistently show up and commit to exercise. For clients who are based in the San Francisco, Bay Area, I travel to you with all the equipment we will need for a fun and challenging workout. For clients who are based elsewhere, I train virtually through Zoom sessions.
I have clients that I have been training privately for years. Their loyalty to my method is down to my dedication to them and our time spent together. As they move through the different seasons of life my method and approach to training evolves with them. No sessions are ever the same, we keep the body guessing, and as you get stronger we continue to find new ways to challenge your mind and body.

I offer private and semi-private training, either in person in San Francisco or virtually worldwide. Sessions are either held in the PH Method Private Training Studio or Peri will travel to you for the ultimate convenience. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your performance and aesthetic goals, focusing on improving mobility, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health. My workouts are designed to be both challenging and attainable, leaving you feeling invigorated and strong, ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

Light-filled, fully equipped Barre Studio in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco
Single Session Private Training (In Studio) - $175
5 Sessions Private Training (In Studio) - $850
10 Sessions Private Training (In Studio) - $1650
IN HOME PRICING:
For the ultimate in convenience we travel to you bringing all the equipment we need for that days session. Please note travel and additional time are factored into this higher rate.
Single Session Private Training (In Home) - $200
5 Sessions Private Training (In Home) - $925
10 Sessions Private Training (In Home) - $1800
**Payment is required prior to the first session once an appointment day/time has been confirmed by both parties.
