I CREATED PH METHOD AS A FITNESS SPACE FOR WOMEN TO GROW BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY THROUGHOUT THEIR PREGNANCY AND MOTHERHOOD JOURNEYS.

 
 
 

WITH 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE

as a former dancer and movement coach in the fitness industry, I thought I had all the tools for a smooth transition through my own pregnancies and postpartum. The truth is, I found pregnancy and postpartum really hard, especially with my first child.

I wasn’t mentally or physically prepared for what was to come and I thought that my body would naturally bounce back as I had dedicated so much of my life to health and wellness practices. But like for so many women that was not the case. Recovery took longer than expected, I felt isolated and lacking in support. The workouts I used to do no longer served or supported me for where I now was on my journey.

My body was forever changed after having a baby and I quickly realized there was no going back, only forward.


 

Drawing from my background as a dancer, master barre instructor and certified pre and postnatal exercise specialist I knew I needed to bridge this gap in the fitness industry and create a class that supported women through these transformational years of fertility, pregnancy and motherhood. In my classes you can expect evidence-based safe and efficient workouts that build strength, sculpt and lengthen your body.
